Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. Prepare the dough & sprinkle a small amount of corn flour on a pizza stone. Mix ricotta, parmesan, olive oil, sea salt & pepper and place on pizza dough.
Then layer with the bacon and half of the pistachios. Bake the pizza for 10-15min until the dough is browned and the bacon is crispy. After the pizza is done, add the remaining pistachios and microgreens.
