Here’s another juice with more of a tropical flavor. It has a strong mango and ginger taste, but has microgreens blended in there for extra nutrition as well. If you want it to be more of a smoothie, you can add extra chia seeds to give it a thicker consistency.
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for about 1 minute. for a juice without pulp, pass the juice mixture through a fine mesh sieve over your glass. garnish with chia seeds and mint, and drink immediately to retain 100% of nutrients.
