- If you prefer your microgreens in a live growing plant tray, please take the following into account, Caution! Some microgreen varieties tend to form mold in the root area, if not properly attended to. Make sure that your planting mat is well ventilated at all times. Please note that the weight of the products offered in live growing trays include the grow mats, water, roots and packaging. They provide vital nutrients in abundance, including proteins, essential amino acids, vitamins, polyunsaturated fats, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants.
Essential amino acids enable the body to conduct innumerable critical processes for life, including energy regulation, enzymatic functioning, tissue growth and repair, immune functions, neurotransmitter production, and calcium absorption, just to name a few.
