- If you prefer your microgreens in a live growing plant tray, please take the following into account, Caution! Some microgreen varieties tend to form mold in the root area, if not properly attended to. Make sure that your planting mat is well ventilated at all times. Please note that the weight of the products offered in live growing trays include the grow mats, water, roots and packaging. Our Crunchy Sweet Pak Choi is great to use in Asian dishes. Add them on top of a curry, or mix in any noodle soup dish! Use them in a Stir-fry and mix with other steamed vegetables, add some soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle the microgreens, and make a tasty a salad. Or chop the microgreens up and add to a hot and sour Asian soup. With their beautiful white stems, they are also great to use as garnish.
