Like the red wine in Sangria, this Stir Fry Sangria mix will make you feel like you’re sitting on a beach in Spain.

1. We harvest fresh microgreens daily to ensure that the different harvest times of the other plants are strictly followed to ensure the highest quality. Environmentally friendly and reusable materials are used for packaging, No mould can appear for 8 – 14 days if  stored correctly

The weight of the products offered in trays includes growing mats, water, roots, and packaging. This is why the usable plant weight is generally 40-50% below the declaration. The dark purple radishes provide the peppery spice, while the Pea tendrils offer the sweetness. The sweet Pea Tendrils lend a tender crispness to any dish whether served raw or cooked. And let me tell you, they are equally delicious both ways. During warm months, toss some pea shoots in a salad or a wrap (or just grab a handful out of the fridge to munch) and when you’re in the mood for cooked food add them into a vegetable stir fry for a little brightness.

And our spicy Radish Sangria is our main radish variety, this one packs a punch. And the colour is incredible, a dark purple “Spanish red wine” colour. The taste is quite peppery like a radish bulb.

In combination, these two Micro varieties will add intense flavours, colour and texture to any Stir Fry.
