A quick, refreshing, and filling meal. Roll up and eat up! This Delicious Sushi Burrito is a highly nutritious meal on the go. Unlike a burrito, which is wrapped in a flour tortilla, a sushi burrito is encased in umami-rich nori. Nori are dried seaweed sheets made from a species of red seaweed.
As is the case with other types of seaweed, norioffers one of the broadest ranges of minerals of any food, containing virtually all the minerals found in the ocean (calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, vanadium, and zinc — to name a few).
Take 1 piece of seaweed paper & lay it on a flat surface. Take 1 cup of sushi rice & spread evenly over the paper. Place sashimi, vegies & micro’s on rice. Carefully take both ends of wrap and fold burrito style. Set your plate with ginger and wasabi to taste.
